Velma Unveils Millinery Collection Tonight

Velma Owusu-Bempah, an award-winning milliner, will tonight unveil her 2018 spring summer collection dubbed ‘Velma’s Garden’.

This is scheduled to take place at the Renee House Osu Ako- Adjei, adjacent Tea Baa Wine & Cheese in Accra.

In attendance will be a number of fashion and showbiz personalities who are expected to clad in their cocktail dresses to match their hats.

The new millinery collection is for both men and women, and it’s the first time she is releasing a collection together with men’s hat line.

Velma has carved a niche for herself in the millinery industry as one of the best.

She has been able to build a thriving and successful business, where she offers her clients impeccable hats or fascinators and the best of accessories for women.

Her comprehensive style, exceptional taste and expertise have brought her many celebrity clients like Anita Erskine, Sandra Ankobiah, Juliet Ibrahim, Shirley Frimpong-Manso, Joselyn Dumas and Samira Bawumia.

She last exhibited her amazing works at the 2018 Great Hat Exhibition in the UK.

The CEO of Velma & Accessories, who is known for her great millinery designs, is the only Ghanaian who showcased her products at the ceremony. She is expected to make history with her upcoming collection.
