I pray for more divisions in NDC – Kweku Baako

Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide says he prays and hopes the NDC would continue to be plagued by confusion and divisions.
Speaking on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo programme, Mr. Baako said the confusion and divisions in the party over who leads it into the next election would serve to consign it to another electoral defeat in 2020.
Kweku Baako said the confusion over the platform given to John Mahama to address participants at the recently held Unity Walk in the Central Region was needless and exposed the lack of tact on the part of the organisers.
“John Mahama does not need that platform. There is no doubt that he will win the NDC presidential primaries but he is going to lose the national election,” he stated.
Defying constant heckling from the Central Regional Chairman of the NDC, Allotey Jacobs, Baako said, some of the presidential aspirants had complained to me about the seeming support Mahama is receiving from party executives and stated that that did not bode well for the party.
He questioned the source of funding for the Unity Walk amidst claims that it was being funded by the former president, John Mahama.
However, Chairman Allotey Jacobs dismissed those claims and said the Unity Walk was not being sponsored by the former president but by individuals who had the party at heart.
He also debunked suggestions that the Unity Walk was financed by former Mayor of Kumasi, Kojo Bonsu, stressing that Mr Bonsu only provided banners for the walk.
