Lexis Bill to host Christmas edition of ‘Walk with Lexis’

Host of Drive Time on Joy FM, Lexis Bill is capping 2017 with another adrenaline-filled edition of his popularly acclaimed ‘Walk with Lexis’.

As the year draws to a close, Lexis Bill believes that the best way to be ready for the yuletide and make a perfect jump into the New Year is to stay in shape.

The regular health walk campaign by Lexis Bill, which kicked off in April last year, has seen several personalities and Ghanaians join the award-winning radio host, climb up the Aburi Mountain, to push a healthy living agenda.

The walk up the Aburi Mountain is part of Lexis Bill’s campaign which seeks to encourage the culture of exercising and healthy living among Ghanaians.

During the last edition of the walk in September, Health Minister, Kwaku Agyeman Manu was among hundreds of persons who joined Lexis Bill walk up the Aburi Mountain.

That walk was part of an awareness campaign spearheaded by Lexis Bill as the world marked World Heart Day on Friday, September 29.

The walk began at the Ayi Mensah toll booth and further sought to encourage people to avoid cardiovascular diseases by exercising regularly.

Apart from the Health Minister, the Godfather of stand-up comedy in Ghana, Kwaku Sintim-Misa also joined the Drive Time host for the campaign.

On Saturday, December 23, participants of the last ‘Walk with Lexis’ for the year 2017, apart from walking up the Aburi Mountain, will also engage in vigorous aerobics, health talk, and screening.

The final ‘Walk with Lexis’ for the year is in partnership McDan Shipping.
