We Thank God We Lost …Kotoko Coach

Under fire Asante coach, Paa Kwesi Fabin is relishing his side’s 1-3 thumping to Karela United FC, this paper has gathered.

Kotoko suffered their second streak loss in less than a week to the Premiership debutants, Karela in their mid-week clash in Aiyinase.

Four days earlier, Paa Kwesi failed to impress before home fans in Kumasi ; losing to no other side but their bitterest rivals-Hearts of Oak 0-1.

And in a post match interview he said “They scored two goals in the first half and scored one in the second half, but for the brilliance of our goalkeeper, Felix Annan, they would have scored more.

“So we thank God we lost by three goals to one.”
The Porcupine Warriors, who have lost five games this season, will host Bechem United this weekend.

Meanwhile, Kotoko’s communication’s department has rubbished claims that coach Fabin has been relieved of his post.
